Customer-Provided Operational Data ("Customer Content")

Refined Outputs: Processed data, automated multi-document mappings, and clean, print-ready PDF files (such as Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists) generated through our platform utilities.

Strictly Necessary Cookies: Our platform utilizes only technically necessary cookies required to maintain your secure authentication state, support JavaScript requirements, and ensure core application functionality.

Data Retention and Purging: Upon the formal termination or closure of an account, we preserve user data and internal structures for a designated, limited retention window (TBA). Once this window expires, all customer content and data profiles are permanently and securely purged from our active cloud servers.
